Some people think it's cool to spam shout, forums and/or PM's with referral-schemes to shady enterprises.

Rules forbid spam and not everybody can "recognize" a valid link from a shady link.

Contact between site-admins (not just Ace & GTI) tracked down 3 IP's/users already that are on the shortlist to be removed forever at their next offense.

Needless to say; this announcement is a preemptive warning to think twice about posting referrals and the longevity of your account.
