You guys may have noticed the sudden influx of new members to Beathau5. So,

Newbs: Introduce yourselves HERE.
Veterans, of sorts: Please make the newbs feel comfortable, and at home by welcoming them HERE. ​

As this place is getting bigger by the day, the coders and staff have been burning the midnight oil, writing huge chunks of code, testing, debugging and deploying features for you and continuously improving this site.
Meanwhile, Diabolik has turned into our resident upload monster and has been continuously sharing some really nice tunes.

Anyway, having said all of that ^ , here are certain things that deserve some real attention and appreciation -

New login page & stylesheets

Our in house front-end developer, R4z3r has been keeping busy working on redesigning the new login page and coding some new stylesheets. Feel free to check 'Beathau5_Dark' and 'Beathau5' out by editing your profile.
Dont forget to send some love to R4z3r through PM.

Bitcoin

We have overhauled the entire donation system and improved the way Bitcoin is integrated into our donations platform. It is more secure than ever, with a higher degree of anonymity, making transactions between Beathau5 and its donors completely untraceable.
For this reason, we are now asking you to donate via Bitcoin instead of PayPal, if possible.
We have also added a donations bar at the top of every page, so that you can keep track of our financial condition every month

Push Notifications
Krakatoa has just added the support for push notifications on the site.
If you enable it through your profile, you'll be notified of any new announcements, messages and subscription alerts on your phone. (This feature is still being tweaked to add more options)

IRC

AzzA has been working really hard integrating the website with our IRC services.
If you visit your profile-edit page, you'll notice a really simple section to manage all your IRC settings from. You can select channels, set your IRC passkey and simply copy the auto generated authentication command to join our IRC channel(s).

Now what does this mean? In a simple sentence - You have NO reason to not hang out on our IRC channel!
Please, drop by #beathau5 to say "Hello!" and have a chat with Krakatoa. He doesn't have many friends, you know.

Forum structure

The Forums have had a yet another facelift of sorts, which is due to us adapting the site to fit the needs of everyone. We hope you won't have problems finding sections of your interest and posting away!
There shouldn't be any more forum re-arrangement anytime soon.

Anonymous uploading

Should the paranoia kick in while you're filling our Upload Form, and would like to hide your identity as an uploader, feel free to check the 'anonymous upload' box. You will not show up on the torrent description as the uploader or on the peerlist for the particular torrent. Your stats, however, will be added normally.

Staff

We have 2 new staff arrivals.
cccthestyle has joined the FLS team while TheBlacKThumb has joined our moderating team.
This has effectively made our staff team more awesome by about 10%.
