Now you know we aren't a big fan of rules and we're very tolerant but we mentioned this before and people still take a leap with it. We therefore added a new upload rule that clearly states that you need to download 100% of a torrent. We have monitored this behaviour recently and despite our regular and honest members who do respect the uploader's and our work to keep the site going, we came accross some members that not wish to do so.

We are going to keep a close eye on this and take actions necesary to restore balance amungst our members once again and to be sure that not only those that are true to the site keep torrents and stats in order.
