It seems that our current wording on some particular rules are not completely clear, so here is an updated wording:

-Do not advertise or link to any other site that contains warez, games, cracks, or any pirated materials anywhere on the site. This includes filenames, NFOs, readme files, pictures, signatures, etc. This includes torrent descriptions, torrent comments, forum posts, IRC, etc. Violating this will result in torrent deletion, warnings, and your uploading privileges being revoked. This is a torrent site; if you want to share something, upload it as a torrent.

This isn't a place to advertise your warez forum or torrent site. This also isn't a place to post (mostly untested) megaupload links willy nilly.

This includes the recent onslaught of links to modified eboots in the comments of the PS3 section (tracker and forum). If you're looking for one, request it in the Requests section. If you have one, and have tested and confirmed it works, then upload a torrent (be sure to check the Requests section beforehand!).

This will be enforced from this moment on, and soon be reflected on the Rules page.

I'd also like to take this moment to pull a Cirno and remind all to read the Rules and FAQ per agreement upon account registration.
