In light of the first 3DS rom dumps, we've created a new category solely for the 3DS: http://www.blackcats-games.net/browse.php?cat=68

I'd also like to take this moment to clarify uploading rules for this new section, AND the NDS section:

An NDS or 3DS upload must:

A) Be a scene release in the original scene release archives.

B) If not a scene release, then be ADVANsCEne verified and packed according to pack guidelines (how our packs are, usually for older games).

C) Not already be available in a pack.

**The only time you don't need to follow the above is when filling a request, or if there has been no scene release of said game.

Seeing as how early it is in the 3DS scene, B and C aren't really apply, so make sure it is the original scene archives.

Here's to hoping we get to play these dumps sometime soon!
