Before I begin this is not a plea for donations (never have and probably never will, unless we are really in a hole), we will never make you donate for anything on BCG, just sending this to tell you the state of play.

All numbers below are just to get the star, which is a donation of any amount, there is no minimum.

We have 40,000 members, near enough.

With 240-260 donations we usually break even
With 270-300 we can add a bit to the prize fund/server fund
anything less we have to dip into the prize fund/server fund to pay the monthly fee for the servers we have.

Number of donators this month at the time of this PM is 169, so it doesnt take a genius to work out there is a shortfall this month.

We could "but WONT" get rid of the SP system and go back to global ratio, and offer upload for gigs, we will never have to worry again if we done that, but with the SP system, we cant really offer you much, at least not something that says "WOW I have to donate now" and messing on with the SP system, made the site run really slow (as well as all the DDos attacks we have been getting lately), so even modifying the SP is out of the question.

There isnt anything we can really do to get more donations, and i know the competition for donations is fierce, thats why global ratio trackers tend to thrive, and trackers that do something a bit different, tend to struggle.

All i am trying to say is, i am going to have to put the prize draw/server funds down this month, first time i have ever had to change it on the site, not the first time i could have done it, but this months number has been a shock to the system.

Remember you dont have to donate, we will never force you to donate, we know the "bonuses" are not great, and no where as good as other sites, but every little bit always helps, so if you can donate, even just a little, it will be a great help, cheers.
