BTN Turns 6!

6 years of free TV! Despite suffering a data loss earlier this year, BTN's stats are better than ever. It's amazing to see our growth continue at such a pace even though we're a ratioless tracker with minimal seeding requirements. Although BTN couldn't exist without the staff, it wouldn't be special without our community. That's why we've decided to celebrate not only BTN's birthday, but also our members.

To that end, we've given invites to members that excel in different categories: request fills, uploads, and community involvement. Unfortunately there weren't nearly enough open spaces for us to give an invite to every member that goes above and beyond. Not all contributions are reflected by stats; some types of contributions aren't even quantifiable.

In the interest of fairness, we decided to also give away some invites to randomly selected members who met basic criteria. 100 lucky Masters, 500 lucky donors, and 250 lucky members were chosen to receive an invite. If you missed out, don't worry! The first 50 unwarned Power User+ with 3+ month old accounts but 0 invites who post here asking for an invite will receive one.

If you received an invite, please note that it will expire two weeks from this post. We decided to make the invites temporary so that we could give out more of them. Even though the invites do expire, we beg you not to send them hastily. Two weeks is plenty of time to read the Invite Rules and consider whether the person you want to invite will appreciate and contribute to BTN as much as you do. A final note: these invites are meant as gifts. As such, they cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything else.
