    Deluge 1.3 is allowed, the newest uTorrent 2.0.4 is allowed (21586 is not banned).
    Upgrading from 21586 is recommended, since if you run the client for more than 3 weeks, all connections will break and force you to restart the client.
    BitTorrent 7.x later (windows and mac) will be allowed sometime later.
