If you've a good amount of bonus, and you know or see a member who's struggling with ratio (but trying, seeding, etc.) kindly bring them to our attention and/or donate some of your bonus.
If you can't afford to donate bonus yourself, don't be shy to point out those in need, even if it is yourself.
