Some changes on contribution page

I have added a subscription part on the donation page where you can set up a monthly subscription which you can cancel at anytime through paypal the amounts are as follows

1 month £6.99
3 months £14.99
6 months £19.99
1 Year £24.99

Also the donation amounts have changed these option means you can donate a one off amount

2 weeks £5
1 month £10
2 months £20

If you have any spare change you wish to donate please use the part where you enter an amount at the top of the contribution page, This option is for members who wish to chuck in some cash if you dont care about vip status
