Tickets System

Here at iFR we have a ticket system for all different types of site related issues. If you feel that you need to send a PM to staff for any reason please make sure that there isnt a category for it in the Tickets System before you do so. There is no guarantee that you will get much help if you just automatically contact someone in staff by PMing them with non site related issues.

The only real reason you should be contacting someone from staff before using the tickets sytems is to report a dire error on the site where it is affecting the functionality of iFR. General issues and things of a non volatile nature should ALWAYS be directed to the tickets area.

The main reason for this is to cut down on the amount of PM's that some members of staff have been receiving for standard issues.
