Possible Reset

After taking a look around at how many people are actually using the bonus points for stuff other than upload, we have come to the conclusion that most of them are just sitting there taking up server and useless space.

So with that in mind we would like to take the general consensus on whether or not to do a complete bonus point reset. This would not affect anyones user class or anything of that nature but would only make it so those who have been hoarding them would have to spend them before a set time.
