2010.12.07 - New Uploader rules

From now on, all Uploaders will need to upload at least 1 new torrent every 10 days to keep their Uploader status. Uploaders will be reminded that they need to upload if they have gone 6 days without uploading anything, and they will be automatically demoted to User if they do not upload anything for 10 days.

Uploaders will receive invites every week.

Uploaders will receive x4 upload on torrents they upload.

We would like to extend a big to all the Uploaders, who supply the site with great new content. Thanks so much from all the LW staff.
