On going issues with the PAT server

Hi,
we got server issues after a move to a new server, please be patient and we hope to have everything sorted within 24hrs.
We have had a lot of support tickets over the issues which is understandable under the circumstances. The forums have got 2 threads were you can leave information to help us out with the problems which is greatly appreciated. Please do not use support, use the threads instead and please do not make anymore new forum thread posts as they will get deleted.
