IRC announce channel going invite-only

For a while, our automated IRC announce channel, #SciHD-Announce, has been freely open to join. To provide for increased privacy, we will be making the channel invite-only. Admission will be granted through our bot, SciBorg, by setting an IRC Key in your user profile. Then, to request to join the channel, message the bot using this form:

/msg SciBorg botchan <username> <IRC Key>

Note that this part has not changed; if that's what you've been doing all along, then great! If you've been joining the channel directly in the past, please change the settings on your autodl bot/script to conform to the new method.
