right now I have a data cap of 100GB and whenever I go over it my internet speed drops to 56k. However my p2p downloads will sometimes run at full speed. I found this while using bit torrent and thought that if there was something like a p2p vpn for the last days of the month where I have to live with 10 year old internet speeds could be eradicated. So if anyone out there knows of something like this that they use that would be great to hear about it, or if anyone has other suggestions. My download and upload speeds of torrents in the past ~5 hours, the spikes are maximum speed for my plan 5mbps and it bottoms out around 30kbps http://i.imgur.com/SU3VNn0.png
