Comments has been made in regards to this publication. "This is what he want, he wins" etc.
However, Staff would like to motivate the decision to publish the manifesto.

The manifesto has been published on TTi on a 'Freedom of speech' basis.

Some of you might find this disturbing but you don't have to download it. Some of us however,
are interested in what goes on in the mind of a similar person.

It's a rare insight into a sick, twisted mind and without it, we can not learn, improve or otherwise
benefit from the tragedy. You can take the back seat and let everyone else explain it for you
but this is an exclusive opportunity for many. // Staff
