site issues in consequence of our recent downtime

So the site is back and hobbling along for now. We are aware of three issues that have sprung up that are a consequence of how we got the site back up. These are:

1) uploads are now working. Get to work, uploaders!

2) The invite page doesn't display sent invites, which means you can't cancel a sent invite. Invites are going out as normal, it's just the invite page that is not displaying properly.

3) The announce bot in IRC is working again.
