EDIT: Torrents, which weren't working when we came back up, now all work.

EDIT 2: The site docs, including the rules, FAQ and the Do Not Upload list, are all inaccessible at the moment. But that doesn't mean all rules are off. They are still in force. If you're unsure of something, ask in the forums.
