We've had this little thing going on for past 2 days and a bit more, and will be running it for next 7 as well and it is enabled on every torrent.
In other words, whatever amount you upload, you will be credited 50% extra towards your total upload amount.
The past two "secret" days have been an extra reward for the decent users who always seed back, no matter what.
