A week without the Shoutbox
The IRC is back. The future site will also feature no Shoutbox of any sort. There are many reasons for that, mainly because Shoutbox is taken for granted by most of you and whatever you write there is assumed to be universally received and understood by everyone else. The facts are that hardly anybody checks the SB or if does after all, does it not exactly in a timely fashion. This becomes especially disruptive in regard to expected Staff assistance or (re-)seeding requests.

So, let's have a trial period, running Shoutbox-less for exactly a week. Use this time to familiarize yourself with the IRC. Many familiar fellow users are already there.
