Apologize For Our Earlier Announcement

The staff of speed.cd would like to apologize for our earlier announcement warning users on
the "postcard" or "greeting card" virus.

It seems that in our zeal to protect our users from viruses, we have been taken in by a hoax.

The "postcard" or "greeting card" virus is real, but the hoax circulating at the moment takes
that real virus and blows it out of proportion, the apparent reason seems to be just to cause
panic amongst computer users.

We apologize for our error, but we would also like to take this opportunity to remind our less
tech savvy users to pay more attention to their PC security. You should all be running up-to-date
anti-virus software from a recognized security firm.

Feel free to ask in chat or the forums for advice on which anti-virus to install.
