In 2008, a member of the Cinematik community produced a feature-length documentary on the original NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (1968), which was released directly to DVD last year. It is called 'Autopsy of the Dead'.

This year, the documentary has been nominated for a Reaper Award in the Best Direct to Video category: http://www.homemediamagazine.com/Reaper-Vote-2010

The low-budget independent production will be slaughtered among all the high-profile studio releases that were nomited. Since we like Night of the Living Dead and thus of course like documentaries on it, we decided to post an announcement requesting the Tik community to support 'Autopsy of the Dead' in this competition.
As a token of appreciated, the Producer will upload the full retail version of the DVD to Cinematik.
