We're happy to announce a full week of site-wide free leech, to celebrate the awesomeness of goem and all those who make it such a great place, a.k.a. all of you. Starting right now and until next Sunday (July 24th), every single torrent on goem will be free leech -- only the upload will count towards your ratio.
You can start filling up those poor hard drives, but remember to seed, because free leech or not rules still apply, of course.

But that's not all: we're also launching our new requests system. The old system remains available for now, but has been placed in read-only mode : you cannot create/vote for requests, and they will not be filled. Time to check out your old requests and, if needs be, add them in the new system. Everything works mostly as before, though a few changes should be noted :
• You can now, optionally, specify a type, source, video and/or audio codec for your request. You can also optionally specifically ask for a 720P or a 1080P.
• For power users and above, when making/voting for a request, you'll have the option to have the torrent filling the request be auto-added to your private RSS feed.
• Non-filled requests will be automatically removed after 6 months. Don't worry, you'll get a PM if one of your requests is removed, and you'll of course be welcome to re-create it.
• Once a request has been filled, it can only be reset by staff. If the torrent doesn't match your request, contact staff. Note that after 2 weeks, requests will be automatically removed and a FLS will be awarded to the uploader.
• Whenever a torrent is uploaded, any matching request will be auto-filled (unless additional info were specified, in which case a manual filling is required).

And to boost things up, during this week of freeleech every time 15 requests are filled will extend the freeleech by one full day, up to 7 more days. Meaning you can extend the site-wide freeleech up to two full weeks!
Please note, however, that this doesn't apply to requests for TV episodes, only movies and season/series packs.
