2011-05-15 - Elite Promotion Requirements Update

The requirements for Elite User and Elite VIP promotion have been updated. There is no longer a forum post requirement for the Elite classes. All other requirements remain unchanged.

To become an Elite User/Elite VIP, you must:
# Have been a member for at least 16 weeks
# Have uploaded at least 250GB
# Have a ratio at or above 1.25

The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that a ratio of "Inf." does not count towards class promotion.

We expect these requirements to continue to evolve over time.
