Short Downtime of 24 hours due to payment issues , should be resolved now.

For the next 2 weeks External Application will be open. If you have a friend that want in then now is the time, this might be the last External Applications for some time.
Who knows, maybe v3 is closer then you think or maybe not, so now is the time.
