Once your H&R reach 10,your account will be disabled.
Use bonus to remove H&R,20000 bonus points can remove 1 H&R
H&R flag automatically canceled after 60 days of release,download record before the H&R flag canceled is still detect,until qualified.
H&R detection will be activated while start download,even if not completed.You have 14 days to fulfil the H&R requirement.
H&R detect once per 24 hours.
Uploader or above calsses have permission to enable H&R.
VIP and above classes are not limited by H&R rules
