Didn't get everything you wanted last year? No worries, ADC has you covered. For about the next two weeks, all of the torrents that currently have four or fewer seeders will be golden. The only other requirements for the torrents are that they have been snatched at least once and that they were uploaded prior to January 1st, 2013. You can think of this as a targeted freeleech, with the focus on older torrents that are in our back catalogue. These torrents are the ones that could most do with having some additional seeders, and by no coincidence they are also the torrents most likely to earn you bonus points for seeding them.
The initial set of goldens totaled more than 20,000 torrents, so there's no better time to grab old torrents that you have bookmarked and to give torrents that you overlooked or which were uploaded before you joined ADC a shot. It's also a great time to reseed torrents, as any dead torrents that are reseeded during the celebration period and which meet the above requirements will automatically be made golden for the rest of the period.
So help us ring in the new year and leech to your heart's content. But don't forget to leave the torrents seeding after you finish downloading them, since other members will want to download them too. This is particularly important for large batch torrents!
