How to contact staff?
We would like to remind you, dear users, how you can reach us if you find yourself in need of assistance.

On the site

On the site, if you are logged in, you can always send a Personal Message to any of staff members or come to our IRC and then join the channel #help. Coming to IRC is the quckest way to reach us. In general, there is always somebody there.


Externally

If you cannot log in (e.g. because you cannot reach the site), or if you have been banned, you can always send a message to btmusichelp@gmail.com. We check the inbox daily, so it's also a pretty fast way to get help.

There will also be another way to talk to us, and it'll be IRC based. We plan an external help channel located on a public ircnet. Details are to follow. For now, please send an email to the address stated above.
