IRC is UNFIXED

IRC server is now working. Also, a quick note to anyone who was online on IRC while services were down: please change your nickserv password. This can be done with the command '/nickserv set password '

Currently our IRC server is very unstable. Due to recurring issues with it, I have shutdown IRC for now until we get this fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience
