Welcome to June's Newsletter.

BrokenStones is here to help all members and advise, as best we can. There are still 'grinding' issues which are not being seen/observed or actioned by members. Some of these points are crucial to the operation and safety of the site. If you dip into the 'honey pot', then you and only you are responsible for the upkeep of your account by maintaining it in accordance with the Site Rules and Wiki.

Important:

Your Tracker Announce URL: Any member posting their Announce URL, will immediately have their Account Disabled, and we will not enter into any discussions regarding this.

Uploading

Product Info URL's are MANDATORY for ALL Torrents and Requests.

DO NOT Hotlink Images from Developer's Site, Store, etc:

There is no excuse for not abiding by what we are asking for in the above.

Old Passwords

Final Notification: If you log on to the site with a Password that is over 2 years old, and you do nothing, then your account will receive an 8 week Warning, along with Account Disablements. This is non-negotiable.

Requests Statistics

This months results are the worst we've ever seen.

These are approximate figures from May 9th - June 12th.

48 Requests Created
16 Users Read the Rules and Created their Requests Correctly
0 Users Added the Missing Info after their Warning
32 Users Warned for Missing Info
16 Requests Deleted due to Rule Violation
2 Users have had their Request Privileges Revoked

Request Rules

We ONLY have 3 Requirements:- Description, Non-Hotlinked Image & More Info Link.

Missing any of the above Requirements = 4 Week Warning

Strike 1 = 4 Week Warning
Strike 2 = 4 Week Warning and your Request shall be Deleted
Strike 3 = 4 Week Warning and your Request shall be Deleted and your Request Privileges shall be Permanently Revoked

If you’ve received a Warning pertaining to Missing Information then YOU need to act upon it by Editing your Request and Add the Required Information. If you cannot make the Required Edits due to User Class Restrictions or someone has Added to the Bounty then please PM K*** and they'll add the info for you.
