achievements table is now back running and should be updating for all. we can press on with the plans we had to do something worthwhile with them.

alt theme is now selectable in your profile page again. It looks just like it did before (cause its never been touched since the day it came off). most site files have been edtied to use common css styles so all three themes should have no adverse graphical problems.

scroll bars in the tech and peers sections of the test details pages have been removed. i will be posting the code so anyone can look at it. i just dont got the time to tweek them fully so would be great if someone else could that is all for now. you can go about your business.
