Limiting registrations from countries

Hi guys, We will not be allowing new signups (via invite, or other methods) from certain IP ranges in Romania, Israel, Egypt and other "high-risk" areas. This will limit some of our current members from accessing the site. We have decided to limit these registrations instead of limiting invites. I personally apologize to anyone who is affected by this, but we feel it is a much needed step in order to protect our site from abusive members.
