Minor Updates to the Rules

There have been some

much-needed updates to the rules (specifically Uploading, Requests, and Trumping), which can all be accessed through the site's footer. For the most part, the updates clarify pre-existing rule points, like how requests can be voted on by other members or how a torrent inactive (unseeded) for 8 weeks is automatically removed from the tracker. In the case of comic uploads, however, there have been changes to what torrent packs are allowed. Naming conventions for both comic and magazine torrent titles have been added, as well. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules, and feel free to visit the forum thread to ask any questions.

Also, members using uTorrent: utorrent 3.2.x has been whitelisted for use!
