    Show/Hide Jan-15-12 - New upload rules and update of the Need Seeds Page

    As some might have noticed uploading of collections is no longer allowed, this required also an update of the upload rules and it's finally done. More details in the following topic: /forums.php?action=viewtopic&topicid=6802&page=1
