Animebytes Gold is a new monthly subscription based model that will improve YOUR Animebytes experience. For a one time offer of $4.99/month you will gain access to a wealth of new features as well some old features that we're sad to see are leaving the basic experience. A valid Gold subscription lasts for 28 days per donation. Animebytes Gold will be deployed this week and we're giving you a heads up for something to be excited about!

Album of the Week/Anime of the Fortnight/AB Radio and Airing Anime visibility. Sorry to say that these features will be gold only after deployment. Isla our Giftia bot requires a lot of maintenance and upgrades and we need to limit her service time. Airing anime will become visible when the end of season batches are uploaded however.

Konbini access. I feel it's time to announce that we are removing the ¥ bonus points system at the end of the month. If you have any bonus points, now is the time to convert or use it. Any unspent ¥ will sadly vanish from your account. This also means the Freeleech Bonuspool and Konbini are being removed from the standard Animebytes user. However, Gold members will find a new improved Konbini with plenty of new wares and additions for purchase via donation!

Upload and Hit & Run management. With the removal of ¥ and Global Freeleech via the pool, we understand that some users may have difficulty with their ratio. Fear not! Inside the new improved Konbini, you will find some elusive Upload packages available for sale. In addition HnR forgiveness tokens will also be available. We have your back and are always thinking of our users!

Show your support and love for the site with a new improved golden dango , guaranteed to earn you some swag points. You'll also find a snazzy new signature to distinguish you even further. Please note that this signature is not removable.

Avatar customisation. Having a personal avatar will be a gold only feature from now. We've decided that this is the best answer to your many concerns, opinions and complaints about current avatar rules. Now every browser, resolution and device will be on an equal playing field! Users who truly wish to express themselves can once again set a custom avatar to stand out!

Gold only forum! We've heard your concerns in our Forum Moderation thread and are happy to announce the creation of a unique and privileged forum board. Here you can quote posts above you as much as you like and be safe from moderators! Please note that normal moderation service will continue in the rest of the basic boards.

Additional things to come! Gold members will find various Lotteries for prizes, hidden achievement hints, and a personal donation pool to achieve the elusive VIP userclass. You will also be the first to play with new features and site enhancements as Early Access before full deployment for all members.
