some upgrades to this old 10 years source

What changed ?

Many of the features where broken or not used so I made them work

Let's start what new

- 2 new user class Torrent Checker and Jr. Moderator
- sticky torrents(staff pics)
- Moderated option(a field that show that the torrent was checked or not)
- user can set how many torrents per page wants 1-100
- new improved categories,subcategories and resolutions
- added staff page
- added TVMaze info for TV just from imputing TVMaze link
-(staff) can delete multiple torrents at once directly from torrents page
-Changed View all categories
-added more info on seeded torrents(check profile page under uploaded/seed/leech/snatch torrents)

What was fixed
-IMDB auto description on movies
-fixed the character encoding bug ,message encoding, now you can write with strage characters without broking the message.
-message receiver/sender
- big one - fixed search in torrents page: now you search by everything and it works !
- users can hide xxx and what cats they want (just for torrents page)
-fixed imdb_rank torrents! - you can see start in torrents page after imdb raiting
