Tracker is still running longer than normal announce times (time between stats update, and handing out new peers) while we are looking into why the database is still slower than it used to be. This longer announce time may mean downloads take a bit longer to get activity if the seeder(s) on a given torrent are not connectable.

At this time all tracker and site functions should be working (if not, put in bug reports about issues).
