Mass Solicitation via User PMs - 2017-10-17
Please refrain from sending Private Messages (PMs) to multiple users with requests of any kind. This has been occuring with increased frequency, especially with requests for Amazon and Netflix decryption tools. Those methods are kept private within a small group of uploaders for very good reasons--primarily security and longevity--and they will not be made available no matter how many times you ask, or how trustworthy you are. They cannot be bought either. Repeat offenders will be warned!
