Members of the Fleet,

Unfortunately yesterday evening we came under a sustained and relentless attack by multiple Cylon Base Stars which disabled our FTL Drive and our ability to jump.
Rest assured that we valiantly fought back whilst our engineers made repairs.
Our Raptor Pilots put up a heroic defense of the fleet. They took the fight directly to the enemy.
I'm please to say that we are now once more in a safe star system and back to normal.
