PTM will be banning utorrent version 3.* from service.

Along with almost every other private tracker on the planet...

This is for your safety, there exists an exploit in almost all previous versions of utorrent 3.*

To continue using utorrent on PTM or (most)any other tracker, you must either downgrade/update your client, or change it for something different.

Downgrade

to version 2.2.1 (a very old, yet very stable client ) and switch net.discoverable to "false" in prefences > Advanced settings.
You can download 2.2.1 from our webserver if you like.

OR

Upgrade

update your client to the 3.5.3 latest release ( supposedly fixed, though pinch of salt required )

You could also switch to a new client from the whitelist ,
