While Cinematik prides itself to be a global community, for once we would like to celebrate a very American holiday. Or if not the very holiday itself, at least its spirit.

Thanksgiving (which this year falls tomorrow, November 22nd) is a time for people to come together, be thankful for all the good things in their lives, and express gratitude to their family and friends.

It is then a great opportunity to give thanks to one of our most committed and generous members, who has just reached an astonishing milestone. We are of course talking about ****, whose amount of uploaded data has reached (and surpassed) the mark of half a petabyte --only the second member in the history of Cinematik to do so. 512TB: half a million GBs, folks, think about that for a second! Of course this is just one of the many contributions of ***** to the site. The numbers speak for themselves: over 2500 torrents uploaded, over 5000 torrents seeded, and almost 75000 pirates served.

Such figures are staggering, and reveal extraordinary dedication and kindhearted generosity. In order to honor this achievement, and to express the gratitude of our entire community, we have decided to give golden treatment to 52 of **** torrents for a period of 52 hours (until Friday Nov. 23rd, 11:00PM GMT -- give or take).

Let us celebrate,then, and revel in the festivities. And leave a "thank you" note on the forum if you have the opportunity to do so.
