Our magnet link clarification

A while ago I added magnet link support to the torrent browse page.

I have received some inquires as to why these links are not connecting to peers.

Magnet link support here on TAS has the private tag not set.
This changes the hash value. TAS torrent files are private flag set. So when you
download a torrent file from TAS and are a Membership user TAS's code will seed
that torrent for you.

If you are a normal user you are at the mercy of other free users who have
downloaded that torrent file or you can try your luck with the magnet link

I added magnet link support for users to share outside of TAS if they wish to do
so with say a friend or such. Since these mangnet links are not tracked by TAS it will
not effect your ratio here. The peer list exchange is done by O*****
