Rules Modification Regarding Uploading of Aither Content to Other Sites

Hello everyone,

It has come to our attention that recent Aither content has been channeled to a specific DDL site. This activity is not acceptable, as
it is aimed at making profit using another team's work, which is
downloaded here for free, and also provides unneeded exposure of our
content to a very large and random audience.

To prevent this we decided to modify our Rules as follows:
Uploading Aither content to public trackers, Usenet, private indexers, or DDL sites is prohibited.

Please respect the hard work of release groups, upload Aither content to other private trackers only.
