Updated Comic Rules!

If you've been to our new Comics Forum, you've seen the proposed Comic Rules 2.0. After a feedback period, we're now implementing them. The final version can be found here.

This is mostly a cleaned-up and reorganized version of the rules we've had in place. The major change is in bringing the naming conventions more in line with the conventions used by the scanners (and already used by most uploaders.) This has the benefit of putting more information into the torrent title, making it easier to distinguish, for example, Action Comics #1 (1938) and Action Comics #1 (2011).
