Dealing with hard times and a desperately needed hardware replacement, we were left no choice then to start of this month with an urgent request to all of you to please consider to help.

Today we are still struggling and still very much need to somehow find our way to resolving the predicament that Bitsoup seems to be in. We still very much need help and can only plead with all of you for your support again.

We are glad to be able to say that despite being a handicap and causing lots of site/server maintenance, the current back-up server is holding up better then we could have hoped for. We're having a few issues with the site being a bit slow and the other servers backing up a little, but so far we have seen a lot less downtime then we initially expected this issue to cause.

This gives us the confidence of knowing that despite inconveniences and given sufficient effort from us we can keep Bitsoup online despite present issues, hopefully and if need be for as long as it takes to find our way to a more permanent solution. We feel strengthened by the messages of support we have received from many of you and remain determined to stick with you for a long time to come yet.

Given that in respect and appreciation of the support that we ask for our first priority always has been and still is to ensure that Bitsoup can be and remain online, this will be what we are going to keep doing. So far we are thankful to say that support received may not yet be sufficient to order the new server we need, but will then at least allow us to pay monthly costs and hold on to that back-up server for yet another month. If we are not able this month to both pay the bills and solve Bitsoups server problem, then we will keep doing things the hard way until we can.

What you can count on is that we will never consider just giving up and that for as long as we can make sure of it and by any means possible, you can count on Bitsoup being there for you when you want to log in to your account. All that we can hope for is that Bitsoup can also count on some of you.
