Due to excessive hit and runs happening in the past weeks, we have added a hit and run rule:

Hit and run on new torrents is not allowed. If you download a torrent when it is less than 24 hours old AND has less than 15 seeders, you mustseed it for at least 24 consecutive hours immediately after completing the torrent.

What this means is that if you can't seed for 24 hours after downloading, you should wait until the torrent is at least 24 hours old and already has 15 or more people seeding.
