Any of you who keep a close tab on our staff page may have noticed it has gone through a number of changes lately. This should not be taken as anything to worry about; it's almost entirely coincidental that this is all happening at the same time.

First, Hyperion and J, two developers for PTP, have left due to time constraints caused by other areas of their lives. While they have both been great help and done some great work for the site in the last few weeks, they both realized their calendars just weren't going to open up the way they had been hoping. We're sad to see them go, but we understand their decisions and hope we get to see them around the site whenever they have the time.

Fortunately for the site, we now have a new developer! His name is CoffeeCake. CoffeeCake has extensive coding experience, but this is his first experience coding Gazelle. He will be actively working with our other developers (Remy, paperk, and 312c) to play a bit of catch-up and learn his way around. We're glad to have him aboard!

Our final changes to the staff page are the losses of Shishy and ScreaminJay. Shishy has left the site for personal reasons and has requested his account disabled for now. He will, of course, always be welcome to return to the site. ScreaminJay has long been one of the most active members of our site, and his uploading, his contests, and his numerous other contributions to the site have been greatly appreciated. We sincerely hope he continues to have a tremendous positive impact on the site going forward.

But enough with the bad news; here are some other things going on with the site!

* Donations are back online! Thanks to all of you who have noticed already and donated.
* Subtitles linking for individual torrents is back!
* Subtitle Request Thread - If you would like to either request subtitles, or collect some bonus points for creating subtitles, do it here! If this becomes popular we may create a forum for it at a later date.
* HD Contest - Anon1121 is giving out 16,000 bonus points per HD upload, plus bonuses at 5, 10, and 15 uploads!
