20th Century March Comedy Contest & Passthepopcorn Awards!


In February we enjoyed yet another massively successful contest, the Western Contest. Throughout the month, you guys managed to find an incredible 1114 western torrents to upload! Thank you to all participants, and congratulations to the winners!

In March the contests continue with a 20th Century Comedy Contest! Once again, as a thank you to our uploaders we will be freeleeching every qualifying upload for the first 24 hours the torrent is on site! The qualifying decades are below. Just a quick note that we may not always be perfect with the enablement of each period of the contest as this still must be done manually. I will try to go by the site/server time as closely as possible and will make a news post/edit when the next time period is active.

March 7th-13th: Comedies from 1900-1959
March 14th-19th: Comedies from 1960-1979
March 20th-25th: Comedies from 1980-1989
March 26th-31st: Comedies from 1990-1999


A huge thanks to 312c who has yet again modified our behind the scenes code in order to enable the automatic tracking and freeleeching of torrents. Another thank you to unclesalty who manages these contests, and last but certainly not least thank you to trza for designing this month's incredible poster.
