We have made a little change to our rules regarding request bounties. So far we had a hard limit of 4GB bounty per request in order to prevent abusing the request system to transfer upload between users. The drawback of this has been that for requests that already had a bounty of 4GB goats couldn't even vote on the request anymore (as votes raise the bounty).

We have changed this and from now on there is no upper limit for the overall request bounty but a per user limit. Each user can add a maximum of 4GB to a request by voting from now on (meaning an effective amount after request tax was subtracted).
